RECOMMENDATION REWARD POINTS PROGRAM
How it works:
For every week (7 nights) a NEW person (a particular reservation) reserves, you receive 1 free night (1 point) on your next stay (may be applicable to an existing reservation). Should a reservation be in more than 1 room, free nights always considered on the room with the most economical rate.
For a recommendation to be valid, you must know personal information regarding the reservation such as travel dates and full name of the person(s) you recommended to visit us. Other confirmation may be required such as your clients varification of the recommendation.
This program may be used in co-ordinance with the loyalty program however *** Not valid with other offers or special promotions.
Points may be accumulated in same reservation.
Example: Reservation #1, 7 nights = 1 point. Reservation #2, 14 nights = 2 points. 1+2 points = 3 points (free nights) on your next reservation.
Points are not accumulated on reservations under 7 nights or between different reservations.
Example: 3 night in reservation 1 and 4 nights in reservation 2.
A recommendation is considered complete once the new guest has made their check-in and completed more than 50% of their stay.
Points for the recommender valid 1 year from recommendation original arrival date.
