CANCELLATION POLICY: Below is our cancellation policy.  We do recommend that our guests purchase trip cancellation insurance.

IF YOUR CANCELLATION IS MADE 90 DAYS OR MORE prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your payments minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.

IF YOUR CANCELLATION IS MADE LESS THAN 90 DAYS prior to your arrival date, we will NOT refund your payments. However, those payments may be applied to any future visit that takes place within one year of your originally-scheduled arrival date.

NO REFUNDS made in the event of an EARLY DEPARTURE
